With over 20 years of experience in unscripted film and television, Bert is an expert producer and storyteller who has traveled the world capturing stories and bringing them to life. His unique skillset stems from splitting his career between producing and directing on set, and serving as a long-time network executive developing series and overseeing production for brands like Discovery, History Channel, and Animal Planet.

This dual perspective allows him to see every story from both an artistic and a practical standpoint, delivering on creative excellence while meeting essential operational needs. On top of that, most say he's a pleasure to work with.

Chris Baron is an award-winning filmmaker and executive producer with nearly three decades of experience in documentary film and television. His work has earned Emmy and Oscar nominations, been featured in the New York Times, and most recently reached global audiences through Apple TV and Amazon.

His experience spans the full arc of production — from the first day of shooting to the last day of the edit. His passion is finding and shaping character-driven stories that build empathy and give a voice to people who don't often get one.
